  • One can curb the appetite by drinking a glass of water or some tea before meals. You can be sure that people who eat a healthy diet do not feel hungry for most part of the day.
    Always focus on food that is lighter and easily digestible, because you know what is better for you.
  • In fact in take of more calories than needed for us daily results in increase of weight and therefore causes problems.
  • So we need to have a selective diet taking care of our daily work.
    One can also buy a old fashioned calorie counter and then record the amount of calories that he takes thereby controlling the calorie intake.
    Also make a diet plan or even a Diet chart. You can even take 5 or 6 short meals in a day. So better planning helps
  • So better shopping of all grocery items also helps as you can save more money by not spending on high calorie content food causing health problems.
    Experts say that to feel good for your appetite, learn to chew it slowly and enjoy the taste, be it a bread slice itself. You will feel your stomach is full.
  • You can yourself become a dietitian by not going for some crash courses. In fact studies have suggested that over time by going for these courses, people add to their weight.
  • You cannot lose weight by starving such as skipping the breakfast, lunch or dinner. These will make you feel more weak, remember food is the storehouse of energy and you have to eat it selectively and over eating will not help either.
  • One more disadvantage of these crash courses is the Diet Pills, if once stopped using will bring back your lost weight. So a proper diet is a must.

So stop all these courses for losing your weight. You know what is better for you, so just listen to your heart. Have a good and healthy body by controlling your diet and not by skipping your diet. So remember to say before eating “Bon Appetite”!
